WHO WE ARE:
TYLER TYPE ONE DIABETES FOUNDATION

The Tyler Type One Diabetes Foundation was formed by family and friends of the Type 1 community in Tyler, TX in order to support one another in the daily challenges associated in living with Type 1 diabetes, also known as
Juvenile Onset Diabetes. Our mission is to provide vibrant local support for the Type 1 community whether they are children or adults.

We reach out to those who are newly diagnosed with practical assistance and guidance, educational classes, monthly support groups, social networking and special events that bring awareness.
